The Ron Pack Carpet Center site in Little Rock has sold for $1.25 million.
Kelley Commercial Partners announced the deal in a news release. Gary Smith and Brooke Miller represented the seller.
Pulaski County property records list the new owner as Minnesota-based Service Restoration USA, a fire and water damage restoration company. The Ron Pack Carpet Center will remain open at the 16,374-SF building and work alongside Service Restoration USA.
Service Restoration USA was represented in the transaction by Brian Winstead of iRealty Arkansas Commercial.
The building on 4.47 acres is located at 9524 Interstate 30. It was built in 1970.
