Benton Commons at 1400-1418 Military Rd. is anchored by Kroger, with other tenants including State Farm Insurance, Sumo Express, Direct General Insurance and H&R Block. It opened in 1996.
The buyer was 1410 Military Rd. LLC of Miami. The seller was Kirkpatrick Real Properties LLC, led by Don Kirkpatrick.
Colliers International Arkansas announced the deal in a news release Tuesday.
