Former University of Arkansas offensive coordinator Kendal Briles’ home on the White River sold for $2.1 million.
Ryan Efurd, through his revocable trust, bought the 5,864-SF home in Goshen, just east of Fayetteville. Efurd is a Fayetteville entrepreneur and business owner. BNC National Bank of Overland Park, Kansas, provided a loan of nearly $1.6 million.
The home sits on 0.95 acres on Riverfront Lane in the Waterford Estates at Hissom Ranch development, the high-end subdivision off state Highway 45 that was dreamed up by Gary Combs and Ronnie Hissom.
Briles left the Razorbacks in January to take the offensive coordinator position at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. Briles was on Sam Pittman’s staff for three years and turned down other offers, including one from Mississippi State just before joining TCU.
Briles and his wife, Sarah, bought the property for $1.35 million from Jon and Laura Tuggle in 2020.
