Andrew Ritchie has been hired as vice president of government relations at Stephens Inc. of Little Rock. In his new role, Ritchie, who served as chief legal counsel to Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders and as a senior policy adviser and legal counsel for Sen. Tom Cotton and Gov. Asa Hutchinson, will manage legislative priorities at the federal, state and local levels and serve as a policy adviser for executive leadership. Brad Tottle has joined Stephens as senior vice president corporate bond trader in the firm’s fixed-income sales and trading division. Tottle has more than 20 years of experience in fixed-income trading.
Kyle Sackhoff has been hired as a software developer at Mainstream Technologies of North Little Rock. Sackhoff founded Round Mountain Coffee shop in Conway and operated it for six years.
Bret Carroll, chief executive officer at Conway Corp., and Crystal Kemp, chief marketing officer at Conway Corp., have been named Cablefax 100 honorees by Cablefax Magazine. This is Carroll’s fourth appearance on the list and Kemp’s first. Both will appear on the Operations Exec 100 list.
Nikki Courtney has joined Nabholz of Conway as a business development officer for the company’s central Arkansas operations.
