Ozark Mountain Bagel Co. is preparing to open its fourth location in northwest Arkansas at a renovated retail/office space in Bentonville.

The company, owned Bill and Sheila Ford and their son Tyler, is targeting Sept. 5 as the opening date for the location at 1004 NW 11th St. The space will become the central baking hub for its New York-style bagels.

The building, owned by Beau Barrett of Barrett Development Co., was previously occupied by Junk Brands.

Barrett partnered with Moses Tucker Partners on a $1.5 million renovation of the property. The project gave the building a fresh exterior design, remodeled interior and reconstructed parking lot.

"We are beyond excited to welcome Ozark Bagel to the 11th Street building in Bentonville! From their warm greetings, hip vibes, to the best bagels you'll ever eat, we couldn't be more thrilled to have them join us at this location," Barrett said in a statement.
