A blend of commercial and residential properties comprise this week’s offerings of million-dollar real estate transactions in Pulaski County.

► Wong Survivors Trust of Pasadena, California, led by Shiangling and Frank Wong, paid $4 million for the nearly 1.9-acre Whataburger development at 13401 Crystal Hill Road in North Little Rock.

Seller: CypressLandingQSR3 LLC, led by Rickey Wilson.

► FRHP Lincolnshire LLC, an affiliate of Freedom Roads/Camping World of Lincolnshire, Illinois, bought the 19,220-SF Crain RV facility at 9801 Interstate 30 in Little Rock for $2 million.

Seller? Crain Investments Ltd., led by Larry Crain Jr.

► The Irfan Ahmed Eric Mian Revocable Trust sold an 8,307-SF home and 1,203-SF house in west Pulaski County’s Ridgefield Estates neighborhood for $1.9 million to KHPM LLC, led by Harvinder Dod and Sangeeta Bedi.

► Paul Chism Sr. and his wife, Maggie, purchased a 6,661-SF home in west Little Rock’s Sologne Circle neighborhood for $1.5 million from the B.A. Joint Revocable Trust, led by Gary and Amy Allen.

► Village at BC LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson, sold a 1.6-acre commercial site on Topgolf Way in west Little Rock for more than $1.2 million.

Buyer: D&D of West Little Rock LLC, led by Dipak Govind.

► Larry Rogers acquired a 5,919-SF home in Little Rock’s River Ridge Manor neighborhood from Michael Moore for $1 million.

► Deere Development LLC, led by Steve Deere, sold 21 lots in Sherwood’s Millers Ridge Estates neighborhood for $1 million.

► Cubalibre LLC, led by Harold and Tifany Hamlin, bought the 4,800-SF Southern Reel Outfitters at 14908 Cantrell Road in west Little Rock for $1 million.
