2 Former 40 Under 40 Honorees Now Behind the Bench

40 Under 40 has also spotted a lot of legal talent over the years as well, but two past honorees are especially Honorable these days:

• D. Price Marshall Jr., a member of the class of 1998, was sworn in as U.S. District judge for the Eastern District of Arkansas in 2010; and
• Kristine G. Baker, a member of the class of 2010, was sworn in as a U.S. District judge for the Eastern District of Arkansas in 2012.
