2 Gain Certificates, 6 Climb Ladder At Conway Corp. (Movers & Shakers)

Ashtyn Brown and Javan Massey, production coordinators at Conway Corp., have completed the training and examination required to earn their unmanned aircraft general-small license from the Federal Aviation Administration. Brown joined Conway Corp. in 2019 and Massey joined in 2021.

Conway Corp. also announced six new promotions. Alex Bethea has been promoted from telecom construction technician 3 to 4. Jacob Keller has been promoted from telecom installer trainee to technician 1. Kyndel Smith has been promoted to dispatch coordinator. Tom Makara has been promoted to inventory control coordinator. Chad Hogan has been promoted to senior foreman for water systems, and Keith Turner has been promoted to foreman for water systems.

Today’s Power Inc. of North Little Rock has hired David Copeland as an energy adviser. He previously worked as a marketing and development representative for First Electric Cooperative of Jacksonville. It also hired John Elkins as general counsel and Michael Sappington as senior counsel. Elkins has 16 years of experience and previously served as chief legal officer for Seal Solar of North Little Rock. Sappington previously worked as an attorney specialist to the commissioners for the Arkansas Public Service Commission, specializing in net metering and renewable energy dockets. n
