2 Hired at UA Little Rock (Movers & Shakers)

Nikolas Doshier has been hired as assistant professor of music at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He will also serve as director of music education, coordinate the music education internship program and direct the wind ensemble. He previously taught music in the Austin Independent School District. Additionally, Chanell Smith has been named the university’s director of health services. She has more than 20 years of experience in nursing.

Kellie Buford has been appointed chair of the department of history at Arkansas State University of Jonesboro. She has been with the university since 2014. Additionally, Edward Salo was named the department’s assistant chair.

Adam Flock has been hired as an adjunct professor at the San Diego School of Law. He is an attorney at RMP of Little Rock.

Ronnie Hinson has been hired as agriculture instructor at Black River Technical College of Pocahontas. He previously was an adult education instructor at Arkansas State University-Newport.

Alexis Bibbs has been hired as an associate in the litigation practice group at Friday Eldredge & Clark of Little Rock. Bibbs will focus on commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. She previously clerked for Judge Bobby E. Shepherd of the 8th U.S. Court of Appeals and worked as a staff attorney for Judge Richard D. Taylor of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.

Camille Richoux has been hired as health policy director at Arkansas Advocates for Children & Families of Little Rock. She previously worked for the Arkansas Department of Health in the HIV/STD program and with the Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration Center for Substance Abuse Prevention.
