Marcus Jarrett has been promoted to director of engineering and product development at Allen Engineering Corp. of Paragould, and Shannon Powers has been promoted to the director of finance and administration at Allen Engineering.
Andy Garcia has been hired as a financial adviser at GenWealth Financial Advisors of Little Rock. Garcia has been in the financial services industry for more than two decades.
April Collins has been promoted to branch manager of the Clinton and Mountain View locations at First Service Bank of Greenbrier. In Collins’ new role, she will continue to serve the Clinton market while broadening her knowledge and expertise to include the Mountain View market.
Additionally, Bridget Basore has been promoted to assistant branch manager of the Clinton location of First Service Bank. Basore, who has been with First Service Bank for nearly six years, previously served as a universal banker in Clinton.
Samantha Richardson has been promoted to assistant branch manager at the Mountain View location for First Service Bank. In her new role, Richardson will oversee branch operations and its associates, as well as connect with new customers to generate new accounts and cross-sale opportunities.
James Bell, vice president for economic development at the Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce, has been elected to the board of directors of the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, an association of more than 9,000 professionals who work for and with more than 1,300 chambers of commerce. He also has been appointed chair of the ACCE’s Economic Development & Advisory Council.
Equity Bank of Wichita, Kansas, has announced the promotions of a new market president and two new commercial lenders in Harrison. Jeremy Dietsche, who has been with Equity for four years and in banking for 15, was named vice president and market president and will oversee operations at the bank’s two Harrison locations. In addition, Shane Grinder has been promoted to assistant vice president and commercial lender. Grinder has been with Equity for three years and is a lifelong resident of Searcy County. Jackson Murray was promoted to assistant vice president and commercial lender and has been with the bank three years.
Tim Andrews has joined Crews & Associates of Little Rock as senior managing director. Andrews is based in the New York City office.
Curtis Ramsey has been promoted to manager of construction planning for Arkansas at Black Hills Energy in Fayetteville.
