Additionally, Kody Miller has been promoted to chief plant officer of the Tupelo Bayou Wastewater Treatment Plant. He will assist the plant superintendent while operating and maintaining stationary mechanical equipment to provide utility services to Conway. He previously was a plant maintenance worker.
Jo Thompson Courtney has been hired as chief administrative officer at Central Arkansas Water of Little Rock. She previously was associate deputy director and chief financial officer at the Arkansas Department of Health. She has 30 years of government and operational experience.
Kristi Moody has been elected to the board of directors of US Telecom-The Broadband Association of Washington, D.C. She is the executive vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer of Windstream Holdings of Little Rock.
Michael Mahler has been hired as chief technology officer at Onyx Coffee Lab of Rogers. He has been a consultant for the coffee brand since 2018. He has 12 years of experience in ecommerce.

Melissa Lowery has been appointed assistant vice president and manager of the new branch that First Community Bank of Batesville expects to open in Fayetteville this summer. She has more than 16 years of experience in banking.

David Russell has announced his retirement as Fayetteville president of First Security Bank of Searcy, effective in March. Russell, who has served as market president since 2008, has been with the bank since 2002.
Annabelle Imber Tuck has been awarded the 2023 William F. Rector Memorial Award for Distinguished Civic Achievement from Fifty for the Future of Pulaski County. She is a public service fellow/jurist-in-residence at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s Bowen School of Law.
