
Patrick Laughlin has been promoted to CEO of iProv LLC of Little Rock. He will prioritize expanding the agency’s reach, nurture client relationships and advance iProv’s mission to support nonprofits and business. Additionally, Sarah Olds has been promoted to vice president of product.

The Arkansas Community Foundation has announced three new board members. Elizabeth Burns Anderson, senior vice president of Farmers Bank & Trust and executive director of the Farmers Bank Foundation, has been named a board member; Alyson Bradford, agent at State Farm Insurance Co., has been named board chair; and Jennifer Ronnel, senior counsel at Metal Recycling Corp., has been named a board member.

Veronica McKnight has been promoted to area sales manager at Holiday Inn Little Rock Conference Center & Embassy Suites Jonesboro. She will oversee sales for both establishments.
The Little Rock Port Authority board of directors has re-elected officers for a second term. Bobby Brown will serve as chair, Clay McGeorge will serve as vice chair, and Stan Hastings will serve as treasurer.

Chris Boothman has been appointed vice chancellor for enrollment management and global outreach at Arkansas State University of Jonesboro. He has served in the role on an interim basis since May.

Luke Collet has been appointed vice president for advancement and business development at Williams Baptist University of Walnut Ridge. He previously was executive vice president at Partners Bank of Helena-West Helena in northwest Arkansas.

Janie Diels has been hired as vice president of academic affairs at the University of the Ozarks of Clarksville. She was previously the interim provost at Alma College in Michigan.

Michael Guthrey has been hired as marketing specialist at Black River Technical College of Pocahontas. He previously was transportation options coordinator for the city of Jonesboro.

Tonya Hankins has been named to the Arkansas State Board of Nursing Education Committee. She is the director of nursing at Black River Technical College of Pocahontas.
Angel Holland has been named chair of the Department of Physical Therapy and director of the doctor of physical therapy program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Health Professions of Fayetteville. She has been with the university since 2014.

Joli Livaudais has been promoted to interim director of the School of Education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is a professor of photography.

Dr. Craig Davis has been appointed governor of the Arkansas Chapter of the American College of Gastroenterology. His term will begin Nov. 1.

Natalie Merz has been hired as speech language pathologist at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center of Harrison. She will collaborate with patients, their families and a team of professionals to create treatment plans tailored to each patient. Additionally, Dalton Smith has been hired as a physical therapist. He will create customized treatment plans for patients.
