Cromwell Architects Engineers of Little Rock has named Todd Kuhn and Rob Seay as executive vice presidents. Kuhn has been with Cromwell for 29 years and leads the energy services department. Seay has been with Cromwell for 31 years and leads design engineering. They will oversee all engineering departments and disciplines. In addition, Cromwell has added eight stockholders of the firm. Cromwell is owned by these stockholders, who are employees of the company and chosen by their peers to be stockholders. They are: Eric Fritschie, a construction administrator and project management professional; Carrie Gray, a specifications writer with certification in interior design; Jamie Guidry, a mechanical engineer experienced in environmentally friendly design; Josh Jones, an energy services engineer, project management professional and certified energy manager; Matthew Kitsch, a structural engineer; Erin Oakley, an architect; Randy Orr, an architect; and Jeff Overton, Cromwell’s director of strategic services and certified manufacturing technologist.
Morgan Ussery has joined Crist Engineers of Little Rock as a project engineer. Ussery has six years of experience and will specialize in municipal water and wastewater utility design and construction.
Jackson Ratcliff has been hired as managing director at Naviter Wealth of Little Rock. Ratcliff has more than a decade of experience, most recently as managing director of institutional equity sales at Stephens of Little Rock.
HoganTaylor LLP has announced four promotions in its Little Rock office. Dante Kellerman, who joined the firm in 2018 through the merger with JPMS Cox of Little Rock, has been promoted to talent manager, integrated services. J.F. Matros has been promoted to manager, assurance. Matros is a CPA who joined the firm in 2018. Katie Smith, a CPA who joined HoganTaylor in 2018, has been promoted to manager, assurance. Kevin Stanley has been promoted to tax operations manager, tax. Stanley is a CPA who joined the firm through the JPMS Cox merger.
Dustin Denton and Mark Jackson of Arkansas Electric Cooperatives of Little Rock have earned their safety and loss control professional certification through the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. To earn the certification, Denton and Jackson completed seminars and tests, a 30-hour Occupational Safety & Health Administration course and a final course project.
Robert Meek has been promoted to manager, electric distribution system, at Conway Corp. Meek was serving as assistant manager and will be responsible for directing the electric department, where he will establish materials, production and quality control standards.
