$25 Million Lindsey Apartment Project Launched in North Little Rock

Did you hear about a 432-unit apartment project in the works for North Little Rock?

The $25 million development is called The Greens At the Rock.

The project’s namesake limited partnership, led by Jim Lindsey, bought the 20-acre site at 8305 Counts Massie Road for $1.9 million.

The seller is Arkansas Realty Development LLC, led by Emily Fan.
