Million-Dollar Deals

► Mountain Brook LLC, led by Scott Hurley, John DeYmaz and Randy James, bought a 37.2-acre tract in west Little Rock at the north end of Patrick County Road for $2.8 million.

Sellers: Pinewood Land Co. LLC and SJS Family LLC, both led by Phyllis Storthz and Samuel Storthz III.

► Leon and Roxanne Catlett sold their 6,312-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock to Deanna and James Sasaki-Adams for more than $2.1 million.

► BCG Holdings LLC, led by Owen Smith and Kitta Sourinphoumy, purchased the eight-unit Olsen Apartments at 218 W. 13 St., and the six-unit Melmore Apartments at 511 Rock St., in downtown Little Rock for more than $1.8 million.

Seller? Saxion Enterprises LLC, led by Zachary Saxion.

► Locust Bayou LLC, led by Steve Woodson, sold a 4,900-SF office building at 11310 Otter Creek East Blvd. in Little Rock for $1.3 million.

Buyer: Harness Roofing Inc., led by Justin Harness.

► Blitz Investments X LLC of Fort Mill, South Carolina, acquired the 2,990-SF former Damgoode Pies pizzeria at 6706 Cantrell Road in Little Rock for more than $1.1 million from Pies In The Sky LLC, led by Wes Martin and John Hathaway.

► 313 President Clinton LLC, led by Joshua and Jennifer Malone, bought its namesake address in downtown Little Rock for $1.1 million. The 11,464-SF building was sold by Three Thirteen LLC, led by Jimmy Moses and Lisa Ferrell; and Willis Smith & Co., led by Lile Choate.

► Trails End RV Park Inc., led by Evelyn Phelps, sold its namesake project at 14223 Stricklin Cove in northwest Pulaski County to Shelina Mandalia for $1.1 million.
