1 min read

This week’s million-dollar deals and construction features a trio of apartments, a liquor store, a new home and additional parking.

► $19.6 million: The combined sales price paid for North Quarter Apartments, a 120-unit complex at 9901 Brockington Road in Sherwood; Pavilion Apartments, an 88-unit complex at 3610 Maryland Ave. in Sherwood; and Arbour Apartments, an 82-unit complex at 100 Edgewood Drive in Maumelle.

Sellers: North Quarter Partners Ltd., Ritzen Group Venture Partners II Ltd. and Arbour Apartments Ltd., all affiliates of Ritzen Cos. in Franklin, Tennessee.

Buyers: A trio of limited liability companies based in Lakewood, New Jersey.

► The home of Little Rock’s Heights Wine & Spirits changed hands recently. Country Club Station Realty Co., led by Leslye Flake Shellam, sold the 3,375-SF liquor store at 5012 Kavanaugh Blvd. for more than $1 million.

The buyer is 5701 Kavanaugh LLC, led by Merritt Dake.

You might recall that earlier this year 5701 Kavanaugh bought the neighboring 7,118-SF Heights Corner Market Building for $1.7 million. The 5018 Kavanaugh Blvd. property also was acquired from Country Club Station Realty.
