► The home of Little Rock’s Heights Wine & Spirits changed hands recently. Country Club Station Realty Co., led by Leslye Flake Shellam, sold the 3,375-SF liquor store at 5012 Kavanaugh Blvd. for more than $1 million.
The buyer is 5701 Kavanaugh LLC, led by Merritt Dake.
You might recall that earlier this year 5701 Kavanaugh bought the neighboring 7,118-SF Heights Corner Market Building for $1.7 million. The 5018 Kavanaugh Blvd. property also was acquired from Country Club Station Realty.
