Kyle Heffley, Sevawn Holt and Chase Waters have been elected partners at Kutak Rock. Heffley practices in Rogers and focuses on trial work with an emphasis on health care litigation. Holt and Waters both practice in Little Rock. Holt focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation arrangements. Waters practices on federal income tax matters as they relate to business, financing and mergers and acquisitions.

Sarah Keith-Bolden and Scott Lar have been named managing members of Quattlebaum Grooms & Tull of Little Rock. Meredith Causey and Philip Elmore have been named members of the law firm. Keith-Bolden works out of the firm’s Little Rock office and practices business litigation, appeals and employment-related matters. Lar practices transactional and taxation law, primarily focusing on mergers and acquisitions, taxation and tax planning, tax audits and litigation, corporate transactions and estate planning. Causey’s practice focuses on electronic discovery and information governance, as well as technology-related issues, including software licensing, cloud computing and website privacy. Elmore is a litigation attorney in the firm’s northwest Arkansas office.

Ross Simpson has joined Cross Gunter Witherspoon & Galchus of Little Rock as an associate attorney. Simpson will practice civil litigation and employment law, specifically wage and hour collective action litigation and employment discrimination.

Quinten Whiteside is the new chief operating officer at Wright Lindsey Jennings of Little Rock. Whiteside has been with the firm since 2015 and was elected as a partner in 2021. In addition to a focus on growing the firm, Whiteside will continue his litigation-based practice.

April Ambrose ( Arkansas Advanced Energy Association)

April Ambrose has been selected as the director of workforce development for the new apprenticeship program at the Arkansas Advanced Energy Foundation of Little Rock. Ambrose will lead the project and coordinate with existing and potential foundation members who are interested in the program.

Daron Frederick has been named chief information officer at the Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas. Frederick has been with the cooperatives since 2013 and will manage the technology, information security and communications networks of the business. Brandon Lohse has been selected as the chief financial officer at the cooperatives. Lohse has more than 26 years of experience in the energy and financial services sectors and will oversee the finances for the 17 electric distribution cooperatives. And Jennifer Loiacano has been named director of governmental affairs. She joined in 2014 as a legal intern and was previously serving as senior counsel of regulatory, rates and compliance.
