► April and Paolo Lim bought a 4,150-SF residence in the Heights area of Little Rock from Jeff Fuller Homes LLC for more than $1.3 million.
► The Stuart Holcomb Revocable Trust, led by Edward and Frederick Holcomb and Katherine Holcomb Vollmer, sold a 5,530-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock for $1.3 million.

► Morden Revocable Trust, led by Billy and Linda Morden, purchased a 6,627-SF home near Jacksonville’s Bushwood Estates neighborhood for $1.3 million.

► Faulkner Family Personal Residence Trust, led by Brianne Faulkner Bush and Amy Parker, sold a 6,816-SF residence in west Little Rock’s Carmel neighborhood for more than $1.1 million.

► Philip and Dana McKellar acquired a 5,939-SF home in west Little Rock’s Sologne Circle neighborhood for more than $1.1 million.
Seller? Girner Enterprises LLC, led by John Girner.
► The Snider Family Revocable Trust, led by Randall Snider Jr. and his wife, Christina, sold a 5,314-SF home west Little Rock’s Bretagne Court neighborhood to Robert and Caroline Fow for more than $1 million.
► Brookwood-WLR II LLC, an affiliate of Brookwood Properties in Baton Rouge, bought a 3.1-acre commercial site in west Little Rock near the northwest corner of Wellington Hills Road and Chenal Parkway for $1 million.
