32 Duplexes Sold for $7.7MLock Icon

A bunch of duplexes kick off an all-Little Rock installment of million-dollar real estate deals that include apartments, a commercial rental project, a pair of restaurants and undeveloped land.

► Kanis Realty LLC, led by Jian Fei Lin and An Wei Feng, bought 32 duplexes in west Little Rock for $7.7 million. Most of the properties are scattered along Perry, Wilson and 20th streets.

Sellers: Nichols & Dimes LLC, led by Roger Coburn Jr. and Jonathan Coburn; and Perry’s Pennies LLC, led by Roger Coburn Jr.

► Rowan Park at Kanis LLC, led by Jacob Chi, sold its namesake 72-unit apartment project at 1000 Kirby Road in west Little Rock for $7.4 million.

Buyer: Deancurt Little Rock II LLC, an affiliate of Aspen Square Management Inc. of West Springfield, Massachusetts.

► Bruton Rentals LLC of Durango, Colorado, purchased the 12,000-SF Blueline Rental project at 9300 Mabelvale Pike in south Little Rock for $2.6 million.

Seller? RC Coburn LLC, led by Roger Coburn Jr.

► Fairmont Inc., led by Olivia Carpenter, sold neighboring eateries near the University of Arkansas at Little Rock for $1.2 million.

Who bought the 3,276-SF Burger King at 3300 S. University Ave. and the 2,747-SF Go Go China at 3218 S. University Ave.?

That would be SE-ARLR1 LLC, an affiliate of Sridhar Equities of San Jose, California.

► VD2 LLC, led by Russ Huckaby, acquired more than 264 acres in southwest Little Rock for $1.1 million. The undeveloped land is west of Vimy Ridge Road between Alexander Road and the Saline County line.

The sellers are a mix of trusts, LLCs and a corporation, led by Stephen Whitwell Sr. and Gertrude Ryles.
