32 West Little Rock Duplexes Sold for $7.7M

More than two dozen duplexes in this west Little Rock neighborhood were purchased by Kanis Realty LLC.

On the menu today are seven seven-digit deals, led by a multimillion-dollar purchase of 32 duplexes.

► CF KL Assets 2019-2 LLC, an affiliate of New York’s Fortress Investment Group, bought 32 duplexes in west Little Rock for $7.7 million. Most of the properties are scattered along Perry, Wilson and 20th streets.

Seller: Kanis Realty LLC, led by Jian Fei Lin and An Wei Feng.

► Bart Ferguson Enterprises LLC of Benton sold a 24.5-acre property at the southeast corner of Interstate 30 and Alexander Road in Little Rock for $2.8 million.

Buyer: Karl Stanley Smith.

► Atlas Auto Auction LLC, led by Jack Lovelis, acquired the 63,018-SF former home of Steve Landers Kia in south Little Rock for $2.2 million from its namesake address owner: 4600 S. University LLC, led by Steve Landers.

► White Properties II Ltd., led by Terrill White, sold the 2,196-SF Road Runner convenience store at 1200 Shackleford Road in west Little Rock for $1.3 million.

Buyer? Petroplus LLC, an affiliate of North Little Rock’s Coulson Oil Co.

► William and Emily Kilgroe purchased a 4,499-SF home in Little Rock’s Prospect Terrace neighborhood or more than $1.2 million.

Sellers? Brad and Kelly Eichler.

► Steve and Sandra Landers sold their 6,848-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hickory Creek neighborhood to Charles and Deanna Gaba for more than $1.2 million.

► Teakwood Manor LLC of Iowa Park, Texas, bought six duplexes and two triplexes on Teakwood Manor in north Pulaski County for $1 million from McArthur Properties LLC, led by Bill Eaton.
