A 72,720-SF warehouse in Little Rock is under new ownership after a $3.5 million transaction.
Colliers International Arkansas announced that SH Warehouse LLC, led by Colliers International Arkansas President Isaac Smith, purchased the property at 6801 Scott Hamilton Drive.
The seller was Gershman Properties LLC, represented by Mark Wilford of Colliers International Virginia.
The facility, built in 1974, is fully leased to McKesson Corp. of Irving, Texas, for storage and distribution of medical supplies.
