Breckenridge Village Begins Million-dollar Renovation

Flake & Kelley-owned Breckenridge Village shopping center at 10301 N. Rodney Parham Road has begun its first major exterior renovation project.

The property, anchored by the newly-remodeled UA Cinema City, consists of four buildings. Exterior improvements, including new roofing and signboards, will be made to all the buildings except the movie theater.

Baldwin & Shell Construction of Little Rock has been hired to work on a six-month schedule, one building at a time.

The project is expected to cost $1.5 million to $2 million, according to Flake & Kelley president Daryl Peeples.

Renovations won't interrupt normal business, Peeples said.
