4th Under 40 Forum to Explore Racial Equity

1 min read

The fourth annual Under 40 Forum will take place Thursday and Friday at the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute on Petit Jean Mountain.

Sponsored by Arkansas Business, the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal, the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service and the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute, the conference brings together “40 Under 40” honorees recognized by Arkansas Business and the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal to seek statewide solutions to challenges facing Arkansas.

This year’s topic is racial equity. Participants aim to develop strategies for a more inclusive state. The forum’s previous sessions were “Recruiting and Retaining Talent” (2016); “Fractured Arkansas” (2017); and “Building a Better Brand for Arkansas” (2018).

Group representatives will later discuss their findings with Gov. Asa Hutchinson and distribute copies of their final report to legislators and community leaders.

Reports from the 2016, 2017 and 2018 forums are available at rockefellerinstitute.org/under40.
