The owners of a parking area in downtown Little Rock picked up a new $286,000 financial package.
Kerry McCoy and Grady McCoy III secured the two-year loan from Twin City Bank of North Little Rock. The property was linked with a $233,600 loan from Twin City Bank.
The McCoys bought the 7,300-SF property at northwest corner of Ninth and State streets in July 1991 from Mark Abernathy for an undisclosed sum.
The McCoys purchased the adjoining 6,800-SF parking area in May 1992 for $26,000. The seller was Allied Glass & Aluminum Co., led by Don Ward.
