Remember hearing that the Purple Cow was working to open a restaurant in Conway?
Earlier this year, Philip Tappan, business partner of Purple Cow President Todd Gold, said the company had “lined up a great operator/partner if [the] lease transaction becomes a reality.”
Tappan declined at the time to be more specific.
However, Hendrix College in Conway is moving forward early in 2013 with a multiuse building project adjacent to the campus and has named the first commercial tenants who have committed to the coming building on Steel Avenue.
Yep, you guessed it: One of them is the Purple Cow.
