The Chaney Law Firm, a family firm in Arkadelphia, received the Outstanding Trial Lawyers of the Year award April 26 from the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.
The firm handles personal injury and intellectual property cases and Social Security disability appeals, according to its website.
The attorneys at the firm are Don P. Chaney Jr., his sons, Nathan P. Chaney and S. Taylor Chaney, and Nathan Chaney’s wife, Hilary Chaney.
“They go above and beyond for their clients to make sure justice is received,” said Matthew Hass, executive director of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.
ATLA also named Benton County Circuit Judge John Scott as Trial Judge of the Year.
