Three of the four buildings in Sherwood that housed ABC Fitness Solutions are now for sale. The company is consolidating into one building after adopting a “remote-first policy” in response to the pandemic, Chief Marketing Officer Cristine Kao said.
The private company, previously known as ABC Financial Services, provides gym management software and membership services to commercial and franchise health and wellness facilities.
Kao said ABC employs about 200 people, or 30% of its workforce, in Sherwood. Some people choose to work from home, but it will be moving employees who choose to work from the office into its building at 208 E. Kiehl Ave.
She said the firm still saw having a physical presence in Sherwood as important.
Crye-Leike has listed the three other buildings, on 5.56 acres at 8320 and 8324 Hwy. 107, for nearly $2 million and $2.03 million, respectively.
The 8320 property includes the firm’s 23,000-SF former headquarters building and 110 parking spaces, according to the real estate listing.
The 8324 property is described as being more than 20,000 SF of “versatile workspace” featuring private offices of various sizes, including executive suites, open-plan office areas, large and small conference rooms, two kitchens/breakrooms, accessible greenspace and plenty of parking.
