ABC Financial Services LLC announced Thursday a series of leadership appointments, including naming President Bill Davis its CEO.
ABC Financial provides software, billing and membership services to more than 7,000 North American commercial and franchise health and wellness facilities.
Davis will continue to serve as president and will serve on the company’s board. He replaces longtime CEO and industry veteran Paul Schaller, who will be vice chairman of ABC’s board.
Davis joined ABC in February of 2019. He was previously CFO of Paycor Inc., a Cincinnati-based human capital management company.
In addition to the Davis’ appointment, the firm has added the following individuals to its executive leadership team:

COO Khal Rai. Prior to this appointment, he served as the president and CEO of SRS Health.

Chief Product Officer Ryon Packer, who was senior vice president of product management for FISERV.

Chief Technology Officer Ashok Pinto, who most recently worked as the CTO at cxLoyalty.

Chief Marketing Officer Cristine Kao, who had been vice president of global marketing at ACTIVE Network, a portfolio company of Global Payments Inc.

Kyle Garner, who has been with ABC since January 2019 and is now its chief sales officer. Prior to ABC, he worked at Xerox as vice president of its Graphic Communications Division.

Chief People Officer Rachana Jain, who brings more than 20 years of strategic management experience to this human resources position.
