Accounting Firms Merge to Form Landmark PLC

The Little Rock office of Thomas & Thomas LLP and Beall Barclay & Co. PLC have completed their previously announced merger and revealed the name of their new firm on Monday: Landmark PLC, Certified Public Accountants.

The firm said its new name and logo, a compass, indicate its focus on helping clients reach their goals, guiding them through their challenges and celebrating their victories along the way.

“Over the past few months, teams from both Thomas & Thomas and Beall Barclay have spent considerable time thinking about the foundation on which our firm philosophy and principles will be built, our future and how we want our clients to perceive our new firm,” said Co-Managing Member Randy Milligan in a news release. “Ultimately, we want to be recognized as navigators, helping our clients understand where they are and how to get to where they want to go.”

Co-Managing Member Barbara Hambrick added, “As we reflect on the history of our firms, we pay homage to the early navigators who lead us to where we are today. The Thomas brothers, Bill Beall and Dick Barclay all guided our firms to achieve the success that we have today. They built the culture that continues to push us forward — a culture of integrity, innovation and growth.”
