► Murphy Drive Industrial LLC, an affiliate of Denver’s OpenPath Investments, paid Ace Hardware Corp. $23.5 million for its 603,849-SF distribution center at 400 Murphy Drive in Maumelle.

► Momi Holdings LLC, led by Avta, Supreet and Simerdeep Momi, bought the 13,168-SF Old Forge Center at 9816 N. Rodney Parham Road for more than $2.2 million.

Who sold the west Little Rock retail project? Treasure Hill LLC, led by Phyllis Storthz and Sam Storthz III.

► Stonehill LLC, led by Andy Collins, sold 37 lots in Sherwood’s Trammel Loop neighborhood for more than $1.2 million.
