Arkansas Community Foundation Hires Linsley Kinkade as Chief Program Officer (Movers & Shakers)

Linsley Matteson Kinkade has been hired as chief program officer at the Arkansas Community Foundation of Little Rock. She previously led Winrock International’s U.S. programs. She has 22 years of experience in supporting Arkansas communities.

Darrell Walker (AMFA Foundation)

Darrell Walker has been appointed as a director of the AMFA Foundation at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts of Little Rock. He is the head basketball coach at the University of Arkansas of Little Rock.

Tim McClure (Jefferson Regional)

Dr. Tim McClure has been named chief of staff at Jefferson Regional of Pine Bluff. McClure earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock and completed his residency in Pine Bluff at the UAMS Area Health Education Center.

John Alexander and David Biscoe Bingham have been elected as members of Mitchell Williams Selig Gates & Woodyard PLLC of Little Rock. Alexander is a trial attorney in the firm’s Rogers office, and Bingham is a tax and estate planning attorney in the firm’s Little Rock office.

Forrest Stobaugh (PPGMR Law)

Forrest C. Stobaugh has been named partner at PPGMR Law of Little Rock. He will focus his practice on oil and gas, environmental, energy, natural resources and commercial litigation. He was previously an associate attorney at the firm.

Jacquelynn LaBeff (The Communications Group)

Jacquelynn LaBeff has been hired as account services coordinator at The Communications Group of Little Rock. She will support the agency’s client services team through reporting, research, content creation and project management.
