Acxiom Part of Group Selling Off WLR Property in $11.7M Deal

This week’s installment of million-dollar transactions in Pulaski County arrives as a quartet.

• A 100,000-SF office building in west Little Rock leads the way at $11.7 million.

1001 Technology LLC, led by Jason LaFrance, bought the four-story project at 1001 Technology Drive.

Ownership among the sellers was divided among Acxiom Corp., 50 percent; Kelley Commercial Realty LLC, led by Hank Kelley, 25 percent; and John and Karen Flake, 25 percent.

• Elsewhere in west Little Rock, a new office building is in the works after a 6.2-acre deal that closed at $1.93 million.

Midcontinent Independent System Operator Inc. of Carmel, Ind., acquired the land at the southwest corner of Executive Center and Center View Drive.

• A 60,275-SF mini-storage project in south Little Rock is under new ownership after a $1.35 million foreclosure sale.

Wood Stone Little Rock LLC of Mount Kisco, N.Y., recovered the 6100 Leon Circle project from U-Store It Storage Solutions LLC of Tarzana, Calif.

• A 7,605-SF medical office building in west Little Rock drew a $1.2 million transaction.

South Central Management Services LLC of Fort Smith purchased the 600 Autumn Road project from Drs. Rob L. & Angela H. Barrow LLC.
