Banking & Finance
Bryan Langston has been promoted to senior vice president of consumer lending at Arkansas Federal Credit Union of Little Rock. Langston, an 11-year veteran of AFCU, began his career as assistant vice president of consumer lending and was promoted to vice president of consumer lending in 2023. Dennis Schuett has been promoted to vice president of commercial lending. Schuett joined AFCU in 2022 as a senior commercial loan officer after serving in various capacities with Regions Bank for 30 years. Dustin Cole has been promoted to senior vice president of business services. Cole has a 17-year career with AFCU and in 2022 was promoted to senior vice president of consumer lending before assuming his new role overseeing a commercial portfolio of $460 million.
Chris Perkins has joined Citizens Bank of Batesville as vice president, commercial loan officer for the northwest Arkansas market. Perkins joins Citizens Bank from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville, where he most recently served as commercial banker II in Benton County.

Hannah Rigsby has been promoted to assistant vice president of deposit operations at FNBC Bank of Ash Flat. Rigsby began her banking career with FNBC in 2014 as a customer relationship manager I before transitioning to the deposit operations team as a deposit operations specialist in 2015 and was promoted to deposit operations team leader in April 2023.
Education

Amanda Smith has been named dean of the University of Arkansas at Monticello School of Nursing. Smith has been serving as dean in an interim capacity since May 2025 and has been a part-time faculty member at UAM since 2022, teaching clinical courses in both the Associate of Applied Science and Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs.

MaryScott Timmis has been hired as assistant dean for admissions and enrollment management at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. She previously worked as an attorney for Wright Lindsey & Jennings LLP of Little Rock.
Health Care

Charmaine Estell has been appointed chief nursing officer at Baptist Health Medical Center-North Little Rock. Estell has more than two decades of service and leadership experience and first joined Baptist Health in September 2003 as a nursing assistant while attending the Baptist School of Nursing.

Dr. José Morales has joined the College of Medicine Department of Neurology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences of Little Rock. Morales is a vascular neurologist and neuro-interventional surgeon who comes to UAMS from the Pacific Neuroscience Institute in Santa Monica, California. Gina Seabaugh, a registered nurse, has been hired as executive director of physician relations at UAMS. Seabaugh previously held the same role at CHI St. Vincent of Little Rock and has more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership.

Leigh Nichols, an advanced practice registered nurse, has joined Conway Regional Medical Clinic-Vilonia. Nichols has been providing primary care services to patients throughout central Arkansas for the past six years and achieved both a master’s degree and bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.
Real Estate

Heather Lacy has joined Limbird Real Estate Group of Rogers as chief growth officer. Lacy will focus on driving revenue growth through team training and support.
Retail

Sonya Williams has been promoted to store manager at the Conway location of Sissy’s Log Cabin of Pine Bluff. Williams previously served as sales manager for the Conway location and earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in education from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.
Utilities

Brett Taylor has been promoted to telecom installer technician 3 at Conway Corp. Taylor recently earned his broadband fiber installation certification from the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers of Exton, Pennsylvania, and was hired at Conway Corp. in March 2022 as a telecom installer trainee. Kendra Caines has been promoted to cashier supervisor. Caines began her career at Conway Corp. in December 2009 as a cashier and was promoted to lead cashier in August 2012.
