Affirma Adds Office in Bentonville

2 min read

Affirma Consulting of Bellevue, Washington, will open a 3,581-SF office in Bentonville, adding a second Arkansas location.

Affirma opened its Fayetteville office in 2019. The technology services company employs 50 at that location and expects to exceed its goal of 100 employees by 2024.

“We are very excited about our growth in northwest Arkansas,” said Affirma co-founder Mark Mason. “In just two years we have gone from 0 to 50 employees and expect to see this growth trajectory continue. All our divisions and service centers are hiring in [northwest Arkansas] to service our Fortune 100 clients. We are seeing rapid growth in the demand for our industry-leading technology and digital experience services.”

The company plans to open the office on Sept. 7.

Affirma opened its first Arkansas offices in 2019. At the time, Mason said the company specializes in helping large organizations improve their performance via technology. That includes application and technology infrastructure modernization for clients, moving them from legacy systems to cloud systems, like Microsoft Azure.

It also operates a digital agency that helps clients acquire customers and automate marketing. Affirma is also a Microsoft Gold-Certified partner, using Microsoft technologies to solve problems for clients.

Affirma said it partnered with the University of Arkansas’ business and engineering colleges. The company said the new location will allow it to employ more university graduates and be closer to possible business partners.

“We currently do not count any of [northwest Arkansas’] largest companies as clients but are hoping to change that as we become better known in the community,” Mason said.

The firm also has offices in Los Angeles, Ireland, India and Romania.
