An announcement is expected soon on the new tenant for the former Cajun’s Wharf space in Little Rock.
We told you back in September that plans were in the works to rent the 20,000-SF space to a group that wants to use it for a restaurant and entertainment venue.
Well, an agreement has been finalized between the owner of the building, Capital Properties of Little Rock, and the tenant, said Alex Blass, a principal at the commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners.
Blass said last week that he couldn’t release any more details about the tenant, but an announcement was expected shortly.
If you recall, last year Cajun’s owner Mary Beth Ringgold decided not to renew Cajun’s lease.
