Agri Acreage Reaps $8.2M Transaction (Real Deals)

A 1,742-acre spread in east Pulaski County tipped the scales at $8.2 million.

Tyler Investments Inc., led by Becky Winemiller, acquired the farmland near Scott from Brenda Fulkerson. The property is on the north side of U.S. 165 and extends south along Col. Maynard Road.

The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $8.2 million from First South Farm Credit of Leland, Mississippi. The Fulkerson family had owned the property for more than 100 years.

Isabell Court

Five townhomes in Maumelle weighed in at $1.42 million.

Pro Acres LLC, led by Paul Minton, bought the Isabell Court property at 50-54 Country Club Parkway in Maumelle from Daryl Brock Custom Homes Inc.

The deal is backed with a three-year loan of $830,285 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.

Daryl Brock Custom Homes acquired the location in February 2022 as part of a $400,000 deal with Paul and Karen Benson.

Acreage Purchase

A 106-acre tract in west Pulaski County rang up a $1 million sale.

Engineered Systems Group LLC, led by Cheryl and George Matthews, purchased the land on the west side of Faulkner Road at Wyldewood Drive from the Curtis Harry Mahla Revocable Trust.

The deal is funded with a one-year loan of $600,000 from First Security Bank of Searcy.

The land was bought for $26,000 in May 1966 from Charles Johnston.

Branch Buy

A longtime bank branch in west Little Rock is under new ownership after a $795,000 sale.

A.A. Properties LLC, led by Dr. Syed Samad and Ahmed Samad, acquired the 1,780-SF project at 14519 Cantrell Road from Bank of America of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Worthen National Bank of Arkansas, Bank of America’s predecessor, purchased the 0.96-acre site for $29,000 in February 1992 from David and Craig Green.

Clean Acquisition

The 10,000-SF former home of an after-school program in south Little Rock changed hands in a $548,000 deal.

Mr. Clean Services LLC, led by Atilio Garcia, bought the Club Eco Kids project at 6014 Forbing Road from ZAG Investments LLC, led by Sharon Robinson.

The deal is financed with a four-year loan of $550,000 from Little Rock’s Bank OZK.

The 1.05-acre property was assembled in two January 1973 deals with Wilbur and Helen Armstrong, $30,000; and B.G. and Elzie Coney and James and Alex Matthews, $25,000.

Service-Repair Sale I

A 4,050-SF service-repair project in east Little Rock sold for $375,000.

Ferndale Cutoff LLC, led by Hank Kelley, purchased the 7704 Fluid Drive project. The seller is McDaniel Management Co. LLC, led by Dustin McDaniel.

McDaniel Management bought the 0.87-acre site for $120,000 in November 2013 from Graham Smith.

Multifamily Abode

A five-unit apartment property in downtown Little Rock drew a $310,000 transaction.

Laura Aylette Roper acquired the 305 E. Seventh St. project from Haybar Properties LLC, led by Bryan Hosto.

Haybar purchased the 0.18-acre development for $140,000 in May 2023 from First Lutheran Church.

Corner Property

A 9.72-acre commercial site in southwest Little Rock rang up a $260,000 sale.

Geyer Springs Express LLC of Collierville, Tennessee, bought the land at the northwest corner of Geyer Springs and Mabelvale Cut-Off roads. The seller is Pine Bluff Real Estate Holdings LLC, led by Gurkipal Singh.

The deal is backed with a two-year loan of  $169,000 from Malvern National Bank.

Pine Bluff Real Estate acquired the property for $200,000 June 2021 from the Place of Harvest, led by Donald Howard.

Duplex Deal

A Little Rock duplex is under new ownership after a $198,000 transaction.

Wolfe Street Foundation Inc., led by Justin Buck, purchased the 2609 Gaines St. project from Brent Elliott.

Elliott bought the 0.16-acre development for $190,000 in August 2021 from Jemeca Edwards.

Service-Repair Sale II

A 1,500-SF former service repair garage in Jacksonville changed hands in a $150,000 deal.

Deborah and Robbie Crump acquired the 1 Stop Safe & Lock project at 709 S. First St. from the Leroy Brockinton Revocable Trust, led by Terri Brockinton Miller.

The 0.82-acre site was purchased for $28,000 in February 1996 from Charles and Doris Brockinton.

PV Residence

A 5,695-SF home in west Little Rock’s Pleasant Valley neighborhood tipped the scales at $1.2 million.

Louis and Kristina Jones bought the house from Jordan and Myra Pope. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $1 million from City Bank of Lubbock, Texas.

The Popes acquired the residence for $539,000 in August 2003 from Rod and Elsie Koberg.

Cammack Woods

A new 3,750-SF home in Cammack Village sold for $865,000.

Shawn and Laurie Hanley purchased the house in the Cammack Woods neighborhood from Chris Maris Custom Homes & Remodeling LLC. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $450,000 from TJC Mortgage Inc. of Birmingham, Alabama.

The original 1,024-SF residence was bought for $212,500 in March 2022 from Rebekah Lewis.

Lakeview West

A 3,044-SF home in west Pulaski County’s Lakeview West neighborhood drew an $834,690 transaction.

Darrell and Alicia Brimberry acquired the house from Brock Ferguson Inc.

Brock Ferguson purchased the 1.21-acre site for $165,000 in August 2023 from Central Real Estate Holdings LLC, led by Rick Ferguson.

LR Port

The city of Little Rock paid Blue Stem LR LLC, an affiliate of Bluestem Partners of Overland Park, Kansas, $1.8 million to repurchase a 27.83-acre site in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park.

Blue Stem LR bought the land near the southeast corner of Zeuber and Fletcher roads in July 2022 as part of a $3.49 million transaction with the city.
