The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $8.2 million from First South Farm Credit of Leland, Mississippi. The Fulkerson family had owned the property for more than 100 years.
Isabell Court
Five townhomes in Maumelle weighed in at $1.42 million.
Pro Acres LLC, led by Paul Minton, bought the Isabell Court property at 50-54 Country Club Parkway in Maumelle from Daryl Brock Custom Homes Inc.
The deal is backed with a three-year loan of $830,285 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.
Daryl Brock Custom Homes acquired the location in February 2022 as part of a $400,000 deal with Paul and Karen Benson.
Acreage Purchase
A 106-acre tract in west Pulaski County rang up a $1 million sale.
Engineered Systems Group LLC, led by Cheryl and George Matthews, purchased the land on the west side of Faulkner Road at Wyldewood Drive from the Curtis Harry Mahla Revocable Trust.
The deal is funded with a one-year loan of $600,000 from First Security Bank of Searcy.
The land was bought for $26,000 in May 1966 from Charles Johnston.

A longtime bank branch in west Little Rock is under new ownership after a $795,000 sale.
A.A. Properties LLC, led by Dr. Syed Samad and Ahmed Samad, acquired the 1,780-SF project at 14519 Cantrell Road from Bank of America of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Worthen National Bank of Arkansas, Bank of America’s predecessor, purchased the 0.96-acre site for $29,000 in February 1992 from David and Craig Green.

The deal is financed with a four-year loan of $550,000 from Little Rock’s Bank OZK.
The 1.05-acre property was assembled in two January 1973 deals with Wilbur and Helen Armstrong, $30,000; and B.G. and Elzie Coney and James and Alex Matthews, $25,000.

Ferndale Cutoff LLC, led by Hank Kelley, purchased the 7704 Fluid Drive project. The seller is McDaniel Management Co. LLC, led by Dustin McDaniel.
McDaniel Management bought the 0.87-acre site for $120,000 in November 2013 from Graham Smith.

Laura Aylette Roper acquired the 305 E. Seventh St. project from Haybar Properties LLC, led by Bryan Hosto.

The city of Little Rock paid Blue Stem LR LLC, an affiliate of Bluestem Partners of Overland Park, Kansas, $1.8 million to repurchase a 27.83-acre site in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park.
Blue Stem LR bought the land near the southeast corner of Zeuber and Fletcher roads in July 2022 as part of a $3.49 million transaction with the city.
