The Cantilever House is a pre-fabricated, affordable residence designed and built in Fayetteville, by students, and installed in the Pettaway Park Neighborhood in Little Rock. It is composed of two modules stacked perpendicularly to each other, and the top module cantilevers to create the front and back porches.
