The hangar site is owned by the Little Rock Airport Commission.
Supermarine opened operations on the property after acquiring the leasehold interests of Omni Air of Tulsa in 2006.

USAble Corp. of Little Rock purchased the 3,313-SF project at 3711 McCain Blvd. from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.
The 0.81-acre location was bought for $350,000 in January 1994 from the Crestwood Co., led by James P. Matthews.

A 75,100-SF industrial facility in east Little Rock changed hands in an $800,000 deal.
Pinnacle North Corporate Aircraft Interiors LLC, led by Ronald Powell, acquired the former Old Dominion Box project at 1805 E. 22nd St. from Ben and Diane Davis.
The 3.11-acre development is now helping secure a $6 million financial package from Advantage Capital Community Development Fund LLC of New Orleans.
The Davises purchased the property for $250,000 in May 2006 from the Old Dominion Box Co. of Madison Heights, Virginia.
Sleepy Purchase
An eight-unit apartment project in the Hillcrest area of Little Rock rang up a $491,500 transaction.
Sleepy Chiwawas LLC, led by Becky and John Cheairs, bought the 4220 A St. property.
The seller is C&P Properties LLC, led by Wes Crank and Greg Parham.
The deal is financed with a $392,800 loan from One Bank & Trust of Little Rock. The property previously was tied to a May 2006 mortgage of $329,500 held by Little Rock’s Bank of the Ozarks and a September 2010 mortgage of $25,000 held by Summit Bank of Arkadelphia.
The 0.48-acre development was acquired for $345,000 in July 2003 from Itzberg LLC, led by Marvin Itkowitz and Jim Limberg.
Hillcrest Multifamily
A five-unit apartment project in the Hillcrest area of Little Rock drew a $330,000 sale.
Samary Investments LLC, led by Mary and Abbas Eyuboglu, purchased the 2915 Lee Ave. property. The seller is 2915 Lee LLC, led by Isaac Smith.
The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $255,000 from Simmons First National Bank of Pine Bluff. The residence previously was linked with a September 2011 mortgage of $220,000 held by Summit Bank.
The project was bought for $275,000 three years ago from the Tolson Family Trust, led by Juddy Tolson.
Waterview Estates
A 5,200-SF home in the Waterview Estates neighborhood of west Pulaski County is under new ownership after a $685,000 transaction.
The namesake revocable trusts of Robert and Janice Rice acquired the house from the Bank of Little Rock.
The bank recovered the residence from Lewis Home Builders Inc., led by Jon Lewis, in December 2010 as part of a $1 million foreclosure sale.
Cypress Point Abode
A 4,798-SF home in west Little Rock’s Cypress Point neighborhood drew a $550,000 sale.
John and Martha McGarrity bought the house from the Justin Carmody Revocable Trust.
The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $450,000 from Arkansas Superior Federal Credit Union of Warren.
Carmody acquired the residence for $555,000 in May 2005 from One Bank & Trust.
