Alana Girard Named COO at Generations Bank of Rogers (Movers & Shakers)

Alana Girard has been appointed chief operations officer at Generations Bank of Rogers. She previously was director of operations of the financial institution.


First Community Bank of Batesville has announced a number of promotions across various branches.

At the Batesville branch, Tara Barnett has been promoted to assistant vice president, assistant branch manager and lending; Leah Bourgeois, assistant vice president, loan review assistant; and Lauren Bynim, assistant vice president, CRA officer. Sarah Calvin has been promoted to assistant vice president, assistant reconciliation manager; Angela Connell, vice president, communications director; and Pamela Dossett, assistant vice president, HMDA specialist.

Also at the Batesville branch, Becky Fudge has been promoted to assistant vice president, assistant internal auditor; Jordan Gates, assistant vice president, collateral analyst; and Dylan Goff, assistant vice president, collateral analyst. Kaisha Gott has been promoted to vice president, assistant manager dealer; Judy Gould, vice president, assistant loan documentation manager; and Daniel Gregory, vice president, security officer.

 

In addition, Danita High has been promoted to vice president, culture and employee development; Tammy Littleton, assistant vice president, bookkeeping customer service representative; and Teresa McDonald, vice president, paralegal. T.J. Palese has been promoted to assistant vice president, facilities manager; Ken Poole, assistant vice president, technical product manager; Mila Pinson, assistant vice president, IRA coordinator; and Mackenzie Reynolds, assistant vice president, loan documentation specialist.

At the Conway branch, Dillon Richard has been promoted to vice president, commercial lending.

At the Harrison branch, Robbin Davenport has been promoted to assistant vice president, head teller, and Carla Riley has been promoted to assistant vice president, branch operations.

At the Jonesboro branch, Kathy Baxter has been promoted to assistant vice president, head teller; Robin Jones, assistant vice president, branch operation; and Heath Wilcox, vice president, commercial lending.

At the Little Rock branch, Regina Atkins has been promoted to assistant vice president, loan support assistance and new accounts, and Andrew Luzader has been promoted to assistant vice president, loan support assistant.

At the Searcy branch, Heather Boyce has been promoted to vice president, branch manager; Megan Downs, assistant vice president, branch manager and lending; Tina Novak, assistant vice president, business development officer and customer service; and Jordan Perry, vice president, commercial lending.

Hayley Hammonds has been hired as business development specialist at Sowell Management of Little Rock. She previously served as sales representative at Shelton Capital Management.

 


Michael Orlando has been appointed to the advisory board at the Forge Institute of Little Rock. He most recently was acting director of the national counterintelligence and security center at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.


John Watkins
John Watkins (Acxiom)

 

John Watkins has been hired as chief operating officer at Acxiom of Conway. Watkins previously served 15 years at Merkle in various executive roles, including COO and global chief transformation officer.
