Allegiant Adds Direct Flight From XNA

1 min read

Allegiant Air will add a direct flight to Houston from Northwest Arkansas National Airport.

The flights to Lobby Airport in Houston are scheduled to begin Nov. 19 and will operate twice a week. Introductory fares will begin at $39 for a one-way ticket.

This is one of 23 new direct flights Allegiant announced Tuesday.

“We continue to expand our network to provide customers with our unique brand of convenient, affordable nonstop service to even more of the cities they want to visit — whether it’s for a long overdue vacation, or to reconnect with family and friends,” said Drew Wells, Allegiant’s senior vice president of revenue and planning.

Allegiant, which was XNA’s No. 2 carrier before the COVID-19 pandemic, recently added direct flights from XNA to St. Petersburg, Florida, and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

“We are excited for Allegiant to be offering this new route to one of our largest destination markets,” XNA CEO Aaron Burkes said. “This new route further demonstrates Allegiant’s continued support to the northwest Arkansas market.”
