Allyson Esposito Stepping Down as CACHE Head

The nonprofit Creative Arkansas Community Hub & Exchange, or CACHE, announced that Executive Director Allyson Esposito is stepping down at the end of November.

Esposito has led the organization since it was founded in 2019. She’s leaving for an executive role with the nonprofit Builders Initiative of Bentonville, which invests in and col­lab­o­rates with other nonprof­its and busi­ness­es to address societal and envi­ron­men­tal chal­lenges.

Under Esposito’s leadership, CACHE has launched more than 36 programs, awarded $2.96 million to northwest Arkansas artists and organizations, and  shifted from a branch of the Northwest Arkansas Council to an independent nonprofit.

CACHE also announced the following updates to its board:

  • Olivia Tyson, vice president
  • Jeannette Balleza Collins, board co-chair
  • Claire Rice, board co-chair
  • Kassie Misiewicz, board secretary
  • Bjorn Simmons, board treasurer
  • Bryce Merrill, board member
  • Lia Uribe, board member
