Robin Myers has spent the past 23 years working at Arkansas Northeastern College in his hometown of Blytheville.
Myers started at ANC in 1989. He initially worked as an industrial training coordinator, having come from a short career as an accountant in the manufacturing industry.

When he started at ANC, the college was called Mississippi County Community College. Myers held a variety of positions at ANC, eventually becoming president in 2005. The chancellor job in Mountain Home “was an opportunity to work with the ASU system,” Myers said.
“We’ve enjoyed greatly our time here in Blytheville or I wouldn’t have stayed 23 years. … I’m excited about the move and very gratified to be chosen as the second chancellor.”
Myers replaces Chancellor Ed Coulter, who planned to retire June 30. ASU-Mountain Home was established in 1995.
