
Elizabeth Burns Anderson and Jordan Irby have been hired by Farmers Bank & Trust in Bryant. Anderson will join the bank as a business development officer, and Irby will join as a commercial loan officer.
Anderson has 20 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. In 2020, she was appointed by Gov. Asa Hutchinson as a consumer representative to the Arkansas State Medical Board. Irby has 16 years of experience in banking.

Steve Holmes has been hired by Arvest Bank in Little Rock as a private banking adviser. Holmes has 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. In 2016, he was appointed by Gov. Asa Hutchinson to the board of the Division of Science & Technology of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission.

Tim Rodgers, Ravan Wagner and Tony Robbins have been promoted by Union Bank of Mena. Rodgers has been promoted to chief lending officer, while Wagner and Robbins both have been promoted to assistant vice president of lending.
Previously, Rodgers served as the senior vice president of lending. Wagner and Robbins were both loan officers prior to their promotions.
Union Bank has branches in Mena, Hatfield and Wickes.

Allison Hartman, April Collins, Kristen Varnell, Courtney Pennington, Brittni Adlong and Morgan Miller have been promoted by First Service Bank in Greenbrier.
Hartman has been promoted to vice president of special projects, compliance and audit manager. She has worked as proof operator, teller, bookkeeper, bookkeeping supervisor and Bank Secrecy Act officer and compliance/audit manager for the bank.

Collins has been promoted to assistant branch manager and loan officer. In addition to her new role, Collins will continue in her previous role as loan assistant and loan officer. Varnell has been promoted to loan assistant and loan officer.
Pennington has been promoted to BSA officer compliance/audit associate. Adlong has been promoted to assistant branch manager and loan officer. Miller has been promoted to mortgage loan officer.
