
Andrea Alford has been appointed CEO of the Arkansas Realtors Association of Little Rock.
Before joining the ARA, Alford spent 15 years at the Arkansas Real Estate Commission, first as deputy executive director and then as executive director. While there, she spearheaded professional development and industry engagement, including launching the AREC educator retreat and executing conferences and training programs. Earlier in her career, Alford held senior leadership roles in the human resources field. Additionally, she is involved in the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials, previously serving on its board of directors and as senior district and district vice president.
Alford attended what is now Williams Baptist University in Walnut Ridge before graduating from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Arts in music with an emphasis in vocal performance. She is a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy.
