Andrea Anderson has been appointed federal program manager and in-house counsel at HP Engineering of Rogers.

Mapin Chhoun has been hired as business development manager at Innovation Industries of Russellville. Chhoun, who has more than a decade of sales and management experience in the elevator supply industry, will manage the elevator products and Virginia controls divisions.

Madeline Roberts has been hired as public relations manager at the Peacock Group of Little Rock. She previously was director of communications for Pulaski County government.

John Eichler has received the Gold Leadership Award from Junior Achievement of Arkansas. He is currently chair of the state Junior Achievement board.

Collin Burch has been hired as a software developer at Mainstream Technologies of Little Rock. He previously was a senior software engineer for New York-based Auxilius. He has nine years of experience.

Karaline Mullins has been promoted to senior marketing and business development manager NetGain Technologies of Little Rock. Megan Reed has been promoted to vice president of growth at NetGain, and Amy Smith has been hired as director of client success.
