Apartment Sites at Little Rock’s Park Avenue Development Sell for $3.8 million.

Perhaps you heard about multifamily plans moving forward at the Park Avenue Development in Midtown Little Rock?

A couple of sizable land deals between Dallas entities accompanied the activity expected to produce 261 apartments.

Park Avenue Apartments LLC bought a 2.06-acre parcel and a 1.03-acre parcel for $3.85 million.

The limited liability company, an affiliate of Lang Partners, also purchased a 2-acre parcel for $800,000.

The seller in both deals was SPC Park Avenue Ltd., an affiliate of Strode Property Co.
