Argenta Square Apartments in North Little Rock

This week, we round the bases with five million-dollar real estate deals in Pulaski County.

► The 57-unit Argenta Square Apartments rang up a $4.6 million sale. Saxion Enterprises LLC, led by Zachary Saxion, bought the apartments at 615, 617 and 620 Maple St. in downtown North Little Rock.

Seller: North Little Rock Investors II LLC, an affiliate of Wilhoit Properties of Springfield, Missouri.

► Friends Tours & Travels Inc., led by Luay Dajani, bought the 7,373-SF Premier Place office building at 10901 Financial Centre Parkway in west Little Rock for $1.8 million.

Seller? Segraves-Lewis Financial Centre LLC, led by Donald Segraves and D.M. Lewis.

► PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC sold a 1.6-acre commercial parcel near the northeast corner of Chenal Parkway and Rahling Road in west Little Rock for $1.6 million.

Buyer: Chenal Property Investors VI LLC, led by Leonard Boen.

► Inderjit Singh, Balwinder Kaur and Herman Singh purchased a 7,078-SF house in west Little Rock’s Orle neighborhood from the Mark & Kim Leverett Revocable Trust for $1.2 million.

► Amanda Patterson sold a 2,898-SF house on a nearly 10.7-acre spread to Mark and Meredith Miller for $1.1 million.
