
Kris Maddalena has been hired as senior vice president and chief nursing officer at Arkansas Children’s Hospital of Little Rock. Maddalena brings more than 15 years of nursing leadership experience to the role and will lead the largest division of the hospital’s workforce.
Dr. Kalyan Kancherla has joined the primary care physician team at CHI St. Vincent Primary & Convenient Care in Little Rock. Kancherla completed his residency at the University of North Carolina Health Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, North Carolina.
Ryan Nix has joined Horton’s Orthotics & Prosthetics of Little Rock as the new rehab support director. In his new role, Nix will work with the rehab community to be the liaison between patients and rehab providers.
Dr. Ronak Soni has joined the CHI St. Vincent Heart Institute as an interventional cardiologist. Soni will see patients at the Conway Regional Cardiovascular Clinic.
Dr. Mariah O’Sullivan has joined the team of physicians at CHI St. Vincent ENT Clinic in Hot Springs. O’Sullivan is an otolaryngologist and graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
David Donohue is the new Arkansas market CEO for CareSource PASSE of Little Rock. In his new role, Donohue will oversee quality control, customer service, membership growth and retention strategies, as well as address barriers to health care in rural areas of the state.
Chris Owen has been promoted to director of programs at Birch Tree Communities of Benton. Owen will now oversee all day treatment programs for 11 sites across the state. In addition, Rachel Reginelli has been hired as the new director of marketing and business development at Birch Tree. Reginelli has more than 20 years of marketing and communications experience.
