► 6900 Cantrell Road LLC, led by Albert Mendelsohn and Arek Boynerian, bought the Hidden Valley Apartments project at 225 Keightley Drive for $3.8 million.

Seller? Hidden Valley Investment Properties LLC, led by Shuja Rasool, Mahammd Rahman, Anwar Bhuiyah and Nick Chowdhury.

► The Rodney A. Thomason Revocable Trust sold its 5,286-SF residence in the River Club neighborhood near the northwestern edge of Little Rock for $2.6 million to the Clay & Lynn Gilliland Family Trust.

► John and Pamela Morton purchased a 4,058-SF residence in Little Rock’s Country Club Heights neighborhood from John and Nealy Wells for more than $1.4 million.

► Chenal & Wellington Development LLC, led by Haitham Alley, sold a 1.87-acre commercial site at the northeast corner of Kanis and Wellington Hills roads in west Little Rock for $1.3 million.

► City Logistics Murphy Drive LLC of Dallas acquired a 7,000-SF office-warehouse at 601 Murphy Drive in Maumelle from Kevin Horton Properties LLC for $1 million.

► The Joey & Arlene Blann Trust sold its 3,072-SF home in west Little Rock’s Glenn Johnson Ranch neighborhood to Alica Schnebelen and Aaron Thronberry for $1 million.
