Mindy Fulcher, Roberta Heldenbrand and Lyle Crownover of Arkansas State University’s Mountain Home campus have been honored by the Arkansas Community College Association in Little Rock.
Fulcher received the outstanding faculty award for her work as an art design and photography instructor at ASUMH. She has 15 years of experience in advertising, publication and marketing as an art director, graphic designer, photographer and editor.
Heldenbrand, who received the outstanding staff award, has been a payroll technician with ASUMH since 2003. She is an active volunteer on campus and in the community, supporting the Food Bank of North Central Arkansas, Relay for Life and the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
Crownover was recognized as an outstanding alumnus. He is the owner of Crownover Co., Custom Creations by CC, iProj-X and Crownover Properties, with 25 full-time employees.
Lawana Hawkins has been promoted to workforce development coordinator at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.
Hawkins previously worked for nine years as the community education and non-credit coordinator at ASU.
